Baked Chicken Recipes
Baked Ranch Chicken1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
In a shallow dish combine dressing mix, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dip chicken breasts in butter then roll in crumb mixture.
Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
Baked Barbecued Chicken Recipe1/2 cup cold water
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 1/2 lbs. frying chicken
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
Combine all ingredients, except chicken in a small bowl. Mix well.
Place chicken in shallow baking dish, pour sauce over meat. cover and marinate for several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Remove chicken. Save marinade.
Pre-heat oven to 400ºF. Place chicken on broiler pan, skin side up.
Bake for 1 hour until tender, basting with marinade every 15 minutes. Do not turn chicken.
Ginger Pepper Baked Chicken Recipe1 tsp. ginger
1 cup-up broiler-fryer chicken
1 cup dry, fine breadcrumbs
1 bottle oil-free Italian dressing, heated
1/2 tsp. pepper
Pour warm Italian dressing over chicken, cover, refrigerate and marinate for at least 4 hours.
At cooking time, line 9 x 15-inch baking pan with foil; spray with non-stick vegetable spray.
Mix together ginger, pepper, and breadcrumbs.
Remove chicken from marinade and roll each piece in crumb mixture; arrange in baking pan. Place in 350 degrees F. Bake and Oven 1 hour or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
