Baked Fish Recipes1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks
3 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 C).
In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, and lemon juice.
Spread the mixture over the salmon steaks.
Season with pepper.
Arrange in a medium baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
Baked Halibut Fish with Sour Cream and Cheese Recipe1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash dillweed
1/2 cup chopped green onions with tops
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 pounds halibut steaks, cut 1 1/2 inches thick
Place halibut in a buttered baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Pour mixture over fish. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Broil just long enough to brown the cheese lightly.
Easy Baked Fish with Mushrooms2 1/2 pounds boned fish
1 carrot, diced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp chopped leek or onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup water or fish stock
1/2 cup halved mushroom caps
Grease a baking pan with olive oil or butter. Wash fish thoroughly, drain, dry, and place in greased pan. Heat the olive oil in a 6-inch pan or skillet and saute the mushrooms, carrot and leek for 5 minutes. Add water,wine, and seasoning. Let simmer till the vegetables are tender but still firm. Remove the vegetables, retaining liquid, and place vegetables on fish. Cover pan with aluminum foil or lid and bake in moderate oven (350 degree F) for 15-20 minutes. Reduce the liquid by half by boiling briskly and pour over fish just before serving.
