Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
3.5 pounds chicken wings
Mix all ingredients.
Add wings and marinate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Cheesy Chicken Wing Recipe
16 chicken wings
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
3/4 cup crumbled soda crackers
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Wash chicken.
In a bowl combine, herbs, Parmesan, and soy sauce. Mix well and melt butter.
Dip chicken first in melted butter, then into crumb mixture.
Arrange chicken wings on a lightly oiled baking dish and bake at 370 F for about 30-35 minutes or until lightly brown.
Honey Wing Recipes
2 lbs chicken wings, tips discarded
2 vegetable oil
2 ketchup
1 honey
1/2 c soy sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
Freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place wings in a large dish.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, oil, garlic and ketchup until well blended. Pour over wings. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until chicken is well done(lightly brown) and sauce is thick.
Buffalo Wings
2 1/2 lb chicken wings
1 to 3 teaspoons ground red pepper
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 bottle blue cheese dressing
3/4 cup butter
1 dry onion soup mix
Wash chicken wing tips, cut wings in half at joint. Place chicken wings on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan; set aside.
Melt butter in a small saucepan, add hot sauce, soup mix and red pepper. Brush wings with butter mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 min. Remove from oven, turn chicken and brush with remaining butter mixture.
Bake 10 to 15 additional minutes or until tender. Serve warm with broccoli salad.
