Easy Chocolate Dessert Recipes


Chocolate Candy Bar Dessert
8 Heath candy bars or Skor candy bars
3 cups milk, cold
1 package cream cheese
1 package whipped topping
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup sugar, divided
2 (4 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup margarine, melted

In 9x13 inch pan, mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
Press firmly into bottom of pan.
Refrigerate 10 minutes.
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup sugar with wire whisk until smooth.
Gently stir in half of whipped topping.
Spread mixture evenly over crust.
Sprinkle 1/2 of chopped candy bars over cream cheese layer.
Pour milk into large bowl.
Add pudding mixes.
Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
Pour over chopped candy bar layer.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 of chopped candy bars.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.


Eclair Chocolate Dessert Recipes
Frosting:
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip
2 individual packages graham crackers
3 cups milk
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with graham crackers. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Stir well. Stir in whipped topping to pudding mixture. Spread half of mixture over graham cracker layer. Top with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding. Top all with a final layer of graham crackers. Frost with Frosting below and refrigerate until served Frosting: Mix cocoa, and sugar in sauce pan. Add vanilla, butter, and milk. Boil for 3 min over medium stirring often and then set aside to cool.

 

Chocolate Chess Pie Dessert Recipe
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick margarine
2 tablespoon Hershey's Cocoa powder
1 tablespoon self-rising flour
1 sm. can evaporated milk
3 eggs

Mix dry ingredients in blender, add milk, vanilla and margarine - blend well. Add eggs one at a time and blend after each addition. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until the middle is still a little soft (25-30 minutes). Do not let it bake until firm - it will be to dry.
