Crockpot Chicken Recipes
Easy Crockpot Chicken1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces fat-free sour cream
4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
Place 4 breasts into the bottom of the crockpot along with onion mix, sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Crockpot Easy Italian Chicken Breasts 12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 9-oz. package frozen Italian-style green beans
1 cup fresh mushrooms, quartered
1 small onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can Italian style tomato paste
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning, crushed
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz fettuccine, cooked and drained
Grated Parmesan cheese
Rinse chicken, pat dry. Cut chicken into inch pieces.
In crockpot, place green onion, mushrooms, and beans. Place chicken on top of vegetables.
In a small bowl combine tomato paste, garlic, Italian seasoning, and tomatoes. Pour over chicken.
Cover, cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 2 or 3 hours. Top with Parmesan cheese.
