Spicy Deviled Egg Salad12 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1 16-oz. box small elbow macaroni, cooked, drained, and cooled
2 4-oz. cans diced green chile peppers
1 1/2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
3 cups mayonnaise
Cayenne pepper
In a large bowl combine eggs, cooked macaroni, chili peppers, cheese, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Fold in mayonnaise. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
Recipe For Egg Salad Sandwiches1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
4 bagels or English muffins, split and toasted
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Combine chiles, eggs, mayonnaise, green onion and hot pepper sauce in medium bowl.
Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Spread egg salad on toasted bagels or English muffins.
Macaroni and Egg Salad Recipe1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tbls prepared mustard
2 boiled eggs, cooled, peeled, and chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup macaroni, cooked, drained, and cooled
Stir the dressing ingredients together; add enough dressing to macaroni and egg to coat. Serving:6
Russian Egg Salad Recipes1/4 teaspoon salt
350 ml mayonnaise
5 tablespoon soured cream
6 hard boiled eggs, thinly sliced
1 small clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon hot mustard
1 carrot or red pepper
2 tablespoon spring onion tops
Mix together the soured cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and garlic. Mash the eggs with this mixture. Sprinkle the chopped spring onion on top and garnish a little carrot or pimento for colour.
