Grilled Catfish Fillets Recipe1 lemon
4 Catfish Fillets
Seasoning mixture:
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
In a small bowl mix all the seasonings together, then sprinkle over fillets as heavily as desired. Cook directly on a well-greased grill, or on aluminum foil, over low heat for approximately 8 minutes on each side. When done squeeze lemon juice over fish and serve.
Glazed Grilled Fish2 tbsps olive oil
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
2 tbsps lemon juice
2 tbsps fruit chutney
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp honey
4 white fish fillets
Combine oil, lemon juice, fruit chutney, honey, coriander and crushed garlic in a small jar to mix.
Place fish fillets in a non metal dish.
Pour oil mixture over fish and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Transfer the fish to a cold slighly oiled grill tray and cook under high heat for 4 mins each side brushing with extra marinade occasionally.
Pacific Rim Honey Grilled Fish Recipes1 lb swordfish steaks
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps hoisin sauce
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tbsps lime juice
Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well.
Marinate swordfish steaks in honey mixture at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Grill fish allowing 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
