Italian Chicken Cordon Bleu RecipeGarlic powder
4 slices ham
4 slices mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices salami
Flavored bread crumbs

Pound the chicken into thin cutlets. Add one slice ham, one slice salami and shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Dip chicken into an egg and then dip into breadcrumbs. Top with garlic powder, pepper and salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 min. Then add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken and bake another 10 minutes.
Italian Parmesan Chicken Recipes1/2 tsp paprika
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
parsley
zucchini, sliced into medium pieces
1 frying chicken, cut into pieces
1 can mushrooms, drained
fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup chicken stock
Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt.
Combine paprika, pepper, flour, cheese, and salt, .
Coat chicken pieces with mixture.
Place zucchini in bottom of pot.
Pour stock over zucchini.
Arrange chicken on top.
Cover and cook on medium for 1 hour or until tender.
Turn control to high, add mushrooms, cover, and cook on high for another 15 minutes.
Garnish with freshly ground black pepper and parsley.
Italian Chicken Pasta1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, cut 1/2-inch strips
2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
8 oz spaghetti; cook al dente
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup red onion; chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lb asparagus; cut 2-inch pieces
3/4 cup non-fat ricotta
2 cloves garlic; minced
2 cups chicken broth
8 sun-dried tomatoes; chopped
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves; chopped
1 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper; chopped
Cook garlic, asparagus, tomatoes, onion and bell pepper in broth in 10-inch skillet 5 minutes.
Stir in chicken. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until asparagus is crisp-tender and chicken is no longer pink in center.
Stir in spaghetti and remaining ingredients. Toss about 30 seconds or until heated through.
