Chocolate Cookies - Low-Carb Dessert Recipes1 1/3 cups chocolate protein powder
3 tbsp Splenda sugar substitute
3/4 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk
1/4 cup butter
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup walnuts or almonds
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp soy flour
Melt butter and cream cheese in microwave Add Splenda and stir until smooth Mix in remaining ingredients Add nuts, if using. Bake at 325 for 9-11 minutes.
Low Carb Pie8-ounce tub whipped topping, thawed
2/3 cup boiling water
ice cubes
1 (4 serving size) package any-flavor sugar-free gelatin dessert
1/2 cup cold water
Stir boiling water into gelatin for at least 2 minutes. Add enough ice to cold water to make 1-1/4 cups. Stir into gelatin mixture until thickened. Discard any remaining ice. Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Pour into glass pie plate. Refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours. If desired, garnish with additional whipped topping.

3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
25 packets Splenda sugar substitute
1 tsp almond extract
3 eggs
Mix together cream cheese, extracts and splenda. Then add Eggs and beat until creamy.
Pour into a greased pie pan.
Bake for 35-40 min at 350 degrees or until cracked and golden brown.
Low Carb Hot Cocoa Recipes1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp sugar
12 ounces 1% low-fat milk
1 pinch cinnamon
4 tbsp filtered water
1/2 tsp almond extract
4 tbsp cocoa powder
Mix sugar and cocoa together in saucepan.
Add water. Stir well.
Cook over med. heat until mixture comes to a boil and the sugar is dissolved.
Stir in milk, extracts and cinnamon.
Reduce heat to low and stir until warmed through.
Sit back, wrap your hands around the warm cup and enjoy.
